About Me

As a Malaysian, I grew up drinking Milo (the chocolatey drink in my hand). And it's still my favourite drink today!

🤎 I struggled with body dysmorphia for over a decade, until it eventually manifested into binge eating. So trust me when I say I know what it’s like to feel trapped in a cycle of negative self-talk.

🤎 Ironically, during this time, I was completing my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. This made me feel even more ashamed with my binge eating. I eventually realized that chasing a thinner body wasn’t gonna truly fulfil me or make me happy…

🤎 So I started to heal my relationship with food and get rid of harmful eating behaviors. I now live a life free from food rules, binge eating, and food-related guilt and shame. And most importantly, a life free from disliking my body. I also got a job as a Clinical Registered Dietitian for the NHS in England (which is what I’m still doing today)!

🤎 My mission is to help you do the same. Not the becoming a Dietitian part, but to help you find food freedom so that you can step into a more confident version of yourself who pursues things that truly matter. And you don’t need to be on a restrictive diet or have any willpower.
